1. Deposit Requirement: 1.1. Deposits are required to secure your booking for training courses or treatments offered by SMP-CLINIC (“Company”). 1.2. The amount of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Non-Refundable Deposits: 2.1. All deposits made for training courses or treatments are non-refundable. 2.2. Once a deposit is paid, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, except as outlined in section 3 below.
  3. Refund Exceptions: 3.1. In exceptional cases, if the Company is able to fill your reserved space with another participant or client, the Company may, at its discretion: a) Offer you an alternative date for your training course or treatment, subject to availability; or b) Provide a refund for the deposit if the space is successfully filled. 3.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued using the same method of payment as the original deposit.
  4. Reservation of Rights: 4.1. The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training courses or treatments for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient bookings, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. 4.2. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the Company, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be offered.
  5. Participant Responsibility: 5.1. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure their availability for the scheduled training course or treatment. 5.2. Any changes to the booking, including requests for rescheduling or cancellations, must be communicated to the Company in writing at least [insert number] days prior to the scheduled date.
  6. Liability: 6.1. The Company shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, or damages incurred by participants as a result of changes to bookings, cancellations, or rescheduling, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
  7. Acceptance of Terms: 7.1. By making a deposit for a training course or treatment, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 7.2. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the Company regarding the deposit and booking process.
  8.  Live Models: 8.1. The Company may provide live models for students to practice scalp micropigmentation techniques during the training course. 8.2. While efforts will be made to arrange live models for all participants, it is important to note that the availability of live models is not guaranteed. 8.3. The Company reserves the right to make alternative arrangements for practical training exercises if live models are not available. 8.4. Participants understand and acknowledge that the use of live models is for educational purposes and may be subject to factors such as model availability and suitability.
